Elevate Realty was founded in 2020 to provide safe, high-quality yet affordable housing to the residents of Nashville. Since inception, the firm has acquired 44 properties (76 doors) in the Greater Nashville Area and has provided hundreds of residents with a place to call home.

Our real estate portfolio consists primarily of recently renovated small multi-family properties that deliver value to our residents at more affordable price points. The firm is passionate about improving housing conditions for low-to-middle income families in the Greater Nashville Area. We pride ourselves on having a resident-first mentality that prioritizes the well-being of our residents.

We landed in Music City in the Spring of 2020 and have not looked back. We realized that even in the big city, the property management industry was lacking quality, direction and leadership. We are determined to bring those qualities to the property management industry in Nashville and beyond.
